「媚」剧故事发生在一间新掘起且甚具规模的模特儿公司，内有股东三人，旗下不乏出色的模特儿。其中一人TERESA(麦家琪饰)出身大富之家，在一次时装表演完毕后，汽车遭一神秘人装置炸弹後爆炸，虽然男逃过，其父却担心其安全问题而请来私人保镳司徒立秋(陶大宇饰)做贴身的保护，然而怪事并为因此而停止。 光正与丽梅为模特儿中心之股东，却利用丽梅为淫媒，方便自己渔色。丽梅本欲藉一次交易的时机拍下奸宿过程向光正勒索，不料光正却错手将模特儿莉莉性虐待至死，并抛海弃尸，不久TERESA等模特儿在 程采吓 外景，竟发现莉莉浮尸，众女惊骇意危！梅拿下正犯罪过程的录影带，将错就错向他勒索，不料临交易前却遭神秘人杀害。 另一位模特儿KENIX(郭可盈饰)因其兄当年为卧底警察却因立秋锄奸心切而连累丧命，立秋亦因此丢差转入私人保镳行业；此番相遇自是狭路难让，处处针锋相对。而在连续发生两件命案後，督察梁世杰(林保怡饰)、探员龙冠标(蒋志光饰)奉命调查，世杰曾为KENIX兄之属下，亦对立秋心存偏见。TERESA受KENIX影响对立秋更表憎厌，怎料TERESA再次受神秘人袭击，幸得立秋及时营救，在相处日久后反而不禁心仪起来。 模特儿MAY得表哥志坚帮助入行，在圈内逐渐走红却对表哥的示爱无动於衷。一方面冠标因查案与MAY接触渐多，渐生好感并展开追求，志坚见MAY投向冠标，醋海生波决杀二人，后却被冠标设陷捕捉，後志坚承认放炸弹烧TERESA的车，更为报众模特儿教唆MAY与他分手之恨，不惜杀害丽梅。志坚被扣压其间，光正怀疑影带落在他手，乘看病时盘问志坚，却在志坚否认时盛怒下杀害逃逸…… 世杰在KENIX兄死後，时常照顾她亦爱苗萌生。后KENIX突然接到一封匿名恐吓信，让以为事情已告段落的世杰大为紧张；不久当年KENIX兄被杀案重新翻案，证明立秋为无辜者，令KENIX内疚不已，主动提出关爱。KENIX周旋在TERESA同样深爱的立秋与世杰中大感矛盾，此一四角关系如何了结？ 光正的丑闻录影带又会为这群模特儿带来什么死亡威胁呢？这些错综复杂的情感与事业冲击，将是「媚」剧营造悬疑高潮的最大魅力所在！
